Cancellations: Refunds will be issued for cancellations requested sooner than 24 hours of the activity date for groups of 5 and less. For groups of 6 and more refunds will be issued for cancellations requested sooner than 48 hours of the activity date. Rescheduled activities within the cancellation period are subject to a $75 fee per vehicle and are non-refundable. A full refund will be provided if the tour is canceled due to weather, mechanical failure, or unsafe conditions.
