A 4 Zipline Tour on the west Maui mountain slopes
Craving an adrenaline-pumping zip line adventure? Come soar above the lush tropical slopes of a 1.7 million year old volcano, while taking in spectacular panoramic views on Maui’s only all dual zip line course. This course also features a trek across the longest suspension bridge in Hawaii, and guests get to cruise in ATVs (driven by the guide) through a rainforest between zip line tracks. All lines are dual-track, so friends and family can ride side-by-side. Because the length of the lines vary drastically from 500 to 2,100 feet, there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy at Kapalua.
The encompassing experience is a perfect fit for families due to its combination of activities as part of the zip-line tour.
Which ziplines will I see, and what is the difference between the 4-line tour and the 6-line tour?
You can see all Kapalua ziplines in the map below. For the 4-line zipling tour (the one one this page) you will zip down ziplines #5, 6, 7, and 8. You will also ride an ATV up to the departure points for lines 5, 6, and 7.
Compared to the 4-line tour, the 6-line tour (see here) takes 1 hour longer and is also a bit more expensive.
What to wear/bring:
Make sure to dress appropriately for this adventure:
- Closed-toe hiking or athletic shoes
- Comfortable clothes
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Cameras (photo and/or video if you want)
- Dress appropriately for weather conditions; rain jackets will be provided.
